SaaS Nine: a website that grows with the business.

SaaS Nine recruits Microsoft Data, AI and Business Applications talent across Australia and New Zealand. We build and look after its WordPress site, from new capability pages to connecting the site to Claude.

The brief

Specialist pages, built on the same system.

SaaS Nine wanted permanent capability pages for specialist areas like Data & AI and Microsoft Fabric, so LinkedIn articles, insights and SEO content could link to the right page instead of the homepage.

We built the first page as a reusable framework on the site’s existing design and UX Builder modules, so each new capability page is quicker to add and the team can edit it themselves.

What we did

A site that keeps up.

An ongoing relationship: new pages, new features and the occasional quick fix.

Reusable capability pages

A framework built from the existing modules, so Data & AI, Microsoft Fabric and the pages after them share one system.

On-page SEO

The supplied titles and descriptions, a clean heading hierarchy and internal links between capability pages.

Technology logos

Microsoft product logos and carousels the team can update in UX Builder.

Talent portal development

Ongoing development on the talent portal with our developer, Ofir.

Connected to Claude

The site connected to Claude through an existing plugin connection, with access limited to what was needed.

Hosting and backups

Hosted with us, with automatic backups and a staging copy available before any change.

In their words

“Highly recommend the Vibes team, they quickly understood our requirements and provided a detailed and clear quote which they delivered on time and within budget.”

“Other agencies we spoke with tried to over complicate and over integrate our solution when Vibes advised the better and more effective solution.”
