SOCM is a long-standing Victorian owners corporation manager, now expanding into Queensland. We refreshed and rebuilt its website around service depth, trust and a self-service forms hub, alongside its SEO agency.
The brief
SOCM had strong client retention and word of mouth, but its website was light on content and hid the tasks owners came to do: paying levies, ordering certificates and key fobs, or reporting an emergency.
We redesigned the site with a forms hub in the main navigation and a page for each form, while Impressive Digital mapped the keywords and shaped the content.
