Website redesign Melbourne

A website redesign that moves your business forward.

We help Melbourne businesses rethink websites that no longer match how they work. The first question is what to keep, improve or rebuild, not whether everything needs replacing. From there, we plan the content, design, WordPress build and transition.

Is it time?

When is it time to redesign?

We start by understanding what should stay, what should change and what the new site must do. That gives the redesign a practical brief, beyond how it looks.

What’s included

Design and development from the same conversation.

We work through the structure, design and WordPress build as connected decisions, so the new site represents your business properly and your team can actually run it.

A redesigned website on a laptop

01

Structure and navigation

Clear paths to your services, built around the decisions your customers need to make.

02

Design that fits who you are now

A sharper, more confident look in your brand, designed on real pages.

03

WordPress your team can edit

Editable layouts and sections, so everyday changes don’t need a developer.

04

Content and URL migration

Pages, posts and media moved across, with redirects planned before launch.

05

Forms and integrations

Enquiry forms, CRM connections such as HubSpot, and analytics, tested before go-live.

Protecting what you’ve built

Keep what works. Rebuild what doesn’t.

An established site carries years of content, search history and connections. We identify those before changing anything. The migration plan depends on what’s already there; we don’t assume every site needs the same rebuild.

✓What we carry across

  • Pages, posts and case studies you still need
  • Important URLs, with 301 redirects mapped for anything that moves
  • Page titles and meta descriptions
  • Forms, and where every enquiry gets sent
  • Integrations such as HubSpot, booking tools and calculators
  • Analytics and tracking

↻What we rethink

  • Site structure and navigation
  • Design, layouts and page templates
  • How your services are explained and grouped
  • The editing experience for your team
  • Speed and mobile experience

Example redirect map

Illustrative only. On a real project this is built from your site’s own URLs.

/services/property-management//what-we-do/manage/301
/about-us/our-team//about/team/301
/blog/2019/market-update//insights/market-update/301
/contact.html/contact/301
/borrowing-calculator//borrowing-calculator/Kept

We map it before we move it. An inventory of your pages, URLs, forms and integrations comes before any new design, so nothing important gets lost in the move.

Redesign case study

Reventon: one business, explained simply.

Reventon brings property investment, finance, management and sales together. We redesigned and redeveloped the site around a simpler service structure, so each audience finds its path.

What we didSimplified service structure and menus, timeline, team bios, stories and awards, forms and HubSpot. The existing calculators were kept.

Worked withImpressive Digital managed ads and SEO and planned the redirects. Reventon supplied most content and images.

LaunchedJune 2026, with team training.

“We’re already moving on to build additional websites with Gal.”

Questions

Redesign questions.

The things people usually ask before a redesign. Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

It depends on how much of the current site still serves you. If the structure and platform are sound, focused improvements are often enough. If the business has moved on or every change fights the old build, a redesign is usually better value. We’ll tell you which we think it is after reviewing the site.

We inventory your pages, URLs, forms and integrations first. Content you still need moves across, and anything whose address changes gets a 301 redirect to its new home. That gives your search history the best chance to carry over. No one can honestly guarantee rankings, but a planned migration avoids the losses a careless one causes.

Mostly at the start and at review points: agreeing goals, supplying or approving content, and reviewing designs and the staging site. We handle the build, migration and launch, and train your team before go-live.

Yes. Many redesigns start from a site built elsewhere. We review the current setup, access, hosting and integrations first, then explain what moves across and what we’d rebuild.

Yes. It’s built in WordPress with editable sections, and we train your team at launch so everyday changes don’t need a developer.

We check the launch, fix anything real visitors uncover, and stay available for changes. If you want ongoing help, we can look after hosting, updates and care.
